Greg

I was born in New York but grew up mostly in Atlanta and Orlando. After graduating from Bishop Moore High School in the late 60’s I served four years in the Air Force doing intelligence work with a US Government top secret security clearance. After the military I attended college first in New York and then in South Florida where I majored in accounting and business administration. I spent the next 15 years working my way up the financial management ladder of 2 multi-national companies.

In the late 80’s I had the opportunity to become an entrepreneur by starting a Central Florida franchise of a very successful South Florida commercial maintenance company. I owned and operated that business for nine years before deciding to sell it in order to fulfill a long time dream of becoming a realtor. With the support of my wife and children I became a licensed real estate agent in the fall of 1996 and placed my license with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, Inc where I won the “Rookie of the Year” award in 1997.

In 2004 I was approached by the founding partners of Big Apple Consulting USA, Inc who wanted to establish a real estate subsidiary. They offered me the Presidency of Big Apple Holdings, Inc. which now does business as Big Apple International Realty. Throughout my career I have never enjoyed what I do for a living more than I do now.
